Holidays at Hotel Seelaus: relaxing without worries! Our chef Walther and his team will spoil you with South Tyrolean specialties and Italian cuisine. You will enjoy refined regional dishes combined with light Mediterranean cuisine. Walther focuses on the use of herbs and vegetables which he grows in his herbal garden. Walther loves to cook and bake: home-made bread, cakes, home-made pasta and other culinary delights.
In the morning you enjoy a breakfast buffet with home-made bread and wholefood offers. You can choose from different types of bread, meat and cheese, jams and honey, yoghurt, muesli and other cereals, juices, fruit, fresh egg dishes and high-quality dietary products.
Fully recharged you can leave for hikes or cycling tours in summer, skiing, cross-country skiing, snow-shoe hikes or winter hikes in winter. You can also enjoy an excursion to Seis, Kastelruth, Bozen or Brixen and visit one of the numerous interesting sights and excursion destinations. Afterwards we recommend a few relaxing hours in our wellness oasis. After an exciting skiing day you can choose from our cake buffet,only during winter season.
To end your day in style we serve a 5-course menu of your choice with starter's and salad buffet. An aperitif with finger food, a cheese buffet in summer, "Törggelen" evenings in autumn, and gala menus at Christmas, New Year's, Easter and other bank holidays provide variety.
In our cozy chimney room with bar you can enjoy an espresso, cappuccino, Williams or other local schnapps. During the day our sun terrace is the ideal place to enjoy the fresh air.
